How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated information, please send an email to contact@huatiengroup.com. In your email, please clearly state your request to delete your account and mention the email address associated with your account. 

What information will be deleted?

Once your account deletion request is processed, all data and information linked to your account will be permanently removed from our systems. This may include:

  • Preferences or settings associated with your account
  • Your account profile information
  • Any data or content you have uploaded or stored within your account
How long does it take to delete my account?

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. However, the exact processing time may vary depending on the volume of requests. We will notify you via email once your account deletion is complete.

Can I reactivate my account after deletion? 

Unfortunately, no. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

How do I download a mobile game?

Search for the game in your device’s app store, tap “Install,” and follow the on-screen instructions. 

The game keeps crashing! 

This could be due to outdated software, insufficient RAM, or a bug in the game itself. Try restarting your device, updating the game and your device’s software, or re-installing the game. 

My game won’t download!

Check your internet connection and ensure you have enough storage space on your device. You can also try restarting your device. 

My battery drains quickly when I play games.

Mobile games can be resource-intensive. Close background apps, reduce screen brightness, and turn off location services to improve battery life.
