Requesting Account Deletion
To initiate the deletion of your account, please send an email to:

- Subject Line: “Slime Rescue Account Deletion Request”
- Screenshot of Your UID: Attach a screenshot clearly showing your unique user ID (UID), which can be found in the “Setting” menu within the game.
- Registered Email Address: If possible, please send the request from (or clearly specify) the email address associated with your Slime Rescue account. This will expedite our verification process.
- Confirmation of Ownership: By providing your UID and using your registered email address, you help us verify that the request is legitimate and initiated by the actual account owner.
Verification Process
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity and match the details (UID, email address) with our records.
- You may be asked for additional information to confirm ownership if the data provided is insufficient or inconsistent.
- After successful verification, we will proceed to permanently delete your account. Please note that this process is irreversible.
Data Retention After Deletion
In accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations, certain non-personal data may be retained for security, dispute resolution, or auditing purposes—including tax filings and other mandatory government reporting. Examples include purchase records and transaction logs. However, personal information such as email addresses, usernames, and any other identifying details will be deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be used to identify you. Once these obligations are met, all remaining data will be securely and permanently removed in accordance with our data retention policies.
Important Considerations
- Irreversible Action: Once the account is deleted, progress, purchases, and any stored data cannot be recovered.
- Ongoing Transactions: If you have any pending in-app purchases or refunds, please note that deleting your account does not cancel or expedite these transactions.
